Ensemble Video Version Update

The latest Ensemble Video update has the following changes:

Improvements

  • Installer fully supports Windows 2008 Server x32 and Windows 2008 R2 Server x64
  • Better database installer with additional error handling
  • New version of the URL rewrite filter that supports all flavors on Windows
  • Podcast Producer integration moves files the streaming source instead of copying it

Fixes

  • LDAP login issue when using Sun’s LDAP directory
  • Internet Explorer 7 (Internet Explorer 8 in Compatibility Mode) issue with embed code
  • Image navigation download link in the plugin not working
  • File properties not being read in some instances for uploaded content
  • Multiple user permissions caused users to be listed in multiple departments
  • Browser issue with downloading images & attachments
  • QuickTime embedded player wouldn’t play embedded content due to incorrect RTSP link
  • Installer was missing needed scripts for service restarts
